
IGF – Internet Governance Forum – Remote Hub Belgium

Join us in Bruges, Belgium, between November 29th and December 1st for an introduction to the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF).
The United Nations Internet Governance Forum brings together stakeholders from all over the world to discuss the most pertinent topics surrounding Internet Governance. These issues are put on the agenda by stakeholders from government, business, civil society, academia and the technical community to address concerns they see in their fields in their communities.
At the United Nations University in Bruges, an introductory session to Internet Governance topics is organized, which forms as a background to the sessions that they will be joining remotely.
The Internet Society will be contributing a fireside chat on Digital Sovereignty, with notably:
- Andrei Robachevsky, one of the main contributor to Internet Impact Assessment Toolkit (IIAT);
- Nadia Tjahja, Board Member Internet Society Belgium, Researcher and expert in Digital Sovereignty.
