Formulaires de contact
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Contenu intégré provenant d’autres sites web
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We are using Matomo Analytics for our website to follow anonymized visits and behaviour. No data is sent externally, and all data are anonymized, including IP address.
Avec qui nous partageons vos données
Your data remain at Internet Society : our local chapter (Internet Society Chapter Belgium vzw/asbl, www.internetsociety.be) may share data with our ‘mother’ Internet Society organization (www.internetsociety.org) and vice-versa. As every regular member of our chapter is also a member of the Internet Society, and information shared may include first and last name, email address, city, country, language, opt-in, member IDs and membership dates.
En dehors de cette exception, nous ne partageons pas les données des membres avec des tiers, sauf mention explicite et avec l’accord du membre.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is, so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Quels sont vos droits sur vos données
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Où nous envoyons vos données
Visitor comments and forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
In case of question related to privacy and data protection, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Comment nous protégeons vos données
Any exchange of data is encrypted, and for remote access to personal data we enabled multiple factors authentication, excepted for emails. We are limiting access to your data to people needing to work with your data, as example our chapter trainings coordinators if you are following a training, or the treasurer for your membership fee.
Quelles sont les procédures de violation des données que nous avons mises en place
In case of detection of data breach or suspected data breach, we’ll immediately contact our Data Protection Officer to plan needed actions (impact identification, communication to impacted people, security measures safeguards, if required reporting to authorities, etc.).
De quels tiers nous recevons des données
We can receive data from our ‘mother’ organization Internet Society (www.internetsociety.org).
Quelle prise de décision automatisée ou quel profilage faisons-nous avec les données des utilisateurs
We make profiling essentially based on your preferred language and languages you are understanding.
